Assuming you fit that simple criteria above, you are more than welcome to use the links here to register for these panels. Some of the market research companies listed will automatically credit you with a bonus payment for completing the registration and verification process when you use the links on this page to access the form.
There is no limit to the number of panels you can join; in fact, the more you become a part of, the more you'll likely earn. The catch (if there is one) is you have to prove you are a healthcare professional, so have your sense of identity ready. This is the internet after all.
Because the bonus payment for registering can be as high as $50 or more, you can be sure the verification process will be accurate, while respecting your privacy and time. That also means no reputable panel will ask you for sensitive information (or money) for the privilege of having you.
Expect to provide your name, credential type, NPI number, AMA number, or some other unique, publicly available identifying number of yours.

Note that in order to earn the bonus, anyone you refer needs to complete at least one survey with ZoomRx. That means some referrals may not pan out into income for you or may take some time to qualify you for the bonus.
However, I've found the surveys broad enough and frequent enough that a good number of you folks who join end up making at least some money here. The good news is they pay immediately once you are owed money, provided you've set up your payment method.
InCrowd details: $10 per referral.
This is the easiest registration. Just your email address to start. Of course, you'll need to complete your profile and verify your credentials to be eligible for paid surveys. Once you have a complete profile, you can start referring colleagues through the link in your profile, similar to ZoomRx.
Also in line with ZoomRx is the requirement that whoever you refer needs to complete at least one survey from InCrowd. Lucky for us, this is also the easiest because the surveys are super short; just a few questions in length at a time. Most of the time, the surveys are fewer than five questions long.
Unlike any other panel we know of, you can get paid for attempting to qualify and getting screened out. That's a pretty respectful deal if you ask me.
