CME with Gift Card: Best Offers to Maximize Your CME Stipend
If your CME allowance is about to expire along with your will to attend another hotel ballroom lecture, then CME with gift card offers are a smart, efficient alternative.
With accredited online CME activities bundled with Amazon, Apple, or prepaid Visa gift cards (some worth up to $3,500), you can meet your annual CME and MOC requirements without leaving your couch. It's the reward you deserve for your commitment to lifelong learning.
Heads up: ACCME implemented regulations on this practice a few years ago (and again in 2026) that caused some companies to discontinue their offers. All CME with gift card offers now have to be itemized as part of the purchase receipt. Check with your institution to make sure bundled incentives are allowed under your CME policy. We just review this stuff—we don’t set your compliance rules.

Why Choose CME Offers with Gift Cards
Here are some reasons to consider a CME with gift card offer:
Convenience: earn CME online with your mobile device, tablet, laptop or desktop on your schedule at home, work, or on your commute
Relevance: these are top-tier, category 1 CME offers designed by specialists for practicing clinicians. We've personally tested some of these and included links to our reviews when available.
Ease & Credit Power: Earn a ton of CME credits (almost) effortlessly. Most options meet pretty much any state or MOC requirements. Great if you need to log all your annual CME credits and it's already November or December.
Bonus: Complementary Amazon, Apple, or other gift card worth up to $3,500 with CME. Use it to upgrade your gear, buy books, or treat yourself to something nice. We won't tell.

Special Mention: StatPearls

Key Benefits
- Unlimited CE/CME credits for life with one payment of $2,599
- Content library covers hundreds of specialties and subspecialties
- Unlimited lifetime board reviews included
- No gift card offer
Time for a break for a minute. Gift cards are a great incentive if you have a CME stipend, but did you know there are other types of incentives out there?
One such non-gift card offer is from StatPearls. So if they don't offer CME with gift cards, what are they doing on this list? Good question!
With the declining number of CME with incentive offers available, I thought it would be useful for you to know about other options out there. And just because StatPearls does not offer gift cards with any of their plans, they do have a pretty enticing incentive to offer: Lifetime CME.
With a Founding Member Plan, which will normally run you $2,599, you'll get access to unlimited CME/CE and board reviews for life. The StatPearls Lifetime (Founding Member) plan gets you unlimited continuing education and board reviews for life! You'll have lifetime access to more than 6,800 continuing education activities and review question banks for more than 580 exams.
CME Procedures - up to $1,000 Amazon Gift Card Offer

- Choose CME with a gift card or a CME vacation
- CME + gift card options from Best Buy, Amazon, Target, Apple, and Lowe's

CME Procedures offers CME to enhance your skills in a variety of specialties and procedures. In fact, just about any specialty and clinician type can benefit from one of their series. CME procedures is especially useful for emergency medicine, trauma, urgent care, primary care, internal medicine, hospital medicine, wound care, critical care, and other proceduralists.
They are one of the few CME providers that has an equally robust offering of live CME conferences and online CME. All of which is good for category 1 CME for physicians and physician associates, as well as being an AANP approved provider, good for CME and CE for nurse practitioners.
Most importantly for those seeking a good CME with gift card deal, CME Procedures offers the best gift card to price ratio of anyone you'll come across.

American Medical Seminars - up to $2,000 Amazon Gift Card
Key Benefits:
- Receive a free Amazon gift card worth up to $1,000 with CME purchase
- Specialties include urgent care, hospital medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, and pediatrics
American Medical Seminars offers CME with gift cards at various times throughout the year. Currently, you can get a $500 or $1,000 Amazon gift card if you spend $1,370 or $2,740, respectively.
It appears to me that you'd need to buy multiple courses to reach those minimums. That's not a terrible inconvenience if you need more than one of the specialties mentioned above, or more CME credits than one course can offer.
More information on vendor's website.
CME4Life - up to $2,000 Amazon Gift Card

PANCE Blueprint - up to $3,500* in Amazon Gift Cards
Key Benefits:
- Earn up to $3,500 in gift cards per purchase when you combine $1,500 Amazon, $1,500 Apple, and $500 Best Buy gift cards
- Several specialties available
PANCE Blueprint is one I've struggled to justify including on this list in previous years. That's because I was only able to find products that were eligible for category 2 CME. The way I understand category 2 CME is that basically anything that could be reasonably related to medicine counts. Heck, this very article might have a legitimate category 2 CME claim.
However, I've noticed that they have added products that are approved for AAPA category 1 CME credits, which is useful for PAs (and also NPs; check with your certifying body first, and don't quote me on that).
The unique feature I've noticed on this site is the ability to combine all three gift card offers on one purchase, adding up to a total of $3,500. I didn't go through with the purchase, so I'm not sure if the payment processor would block that, but I was able to add all 3 to my cart.
This is another site I have no personal experience with, so I can't speak to the content they offer. If you have any insight, I'd love to hear from you!

Oakstone is back with a gift card offer to go with your subscription to CMEinfo Insider. Choose a $1,000, $1,500, or $3,200 Amazon gift card with your purchase of this CME activity. The size of the gift card, unsurprisingly, depends on the length of your subscription.
This is one of my favorite CME plus gift card bundles because of the length of the subscription. The longest one is for three years, but you only pay once for it. And you get unlimited CME credits as well as freshly updated content every couple of weeks – for no extra cost! That gives you three years of CME credits while also freeing up the next year's and the following year's CME budgets for you to spend as you like.
In addition to these logistical benefits, the educational quality is top-notch. Oakstone partners with institutions like Johns Hopkins, Brigham & Womens, UCLA, and other elite medical institutions to create their audio and video lectures. Plus, CMEinfo Insider guarantees you'll pass your board exam if you use it for that purpose.
